Type 2 diabetics always have lots of question about fruits. Is it fine to have one serving in the morning? Will it raise my blood sugar level? Will it help in lowering down the signs of diabetes? Which one is better either the whole one or fresh juice? The answer is that “it depends.”

The truth is that in this fast paced modern societies these are really ideal snacks. It does not require any preparation; you just have to wash it and then eat the whole. One can excuse for not having enough time to exercise or not finding time to cook vegetables but there isn’t any excuse for not eating enough. (more…)
