Well you can use it whether you’re healthy or sick, it might be helpful in either case. It’s simple to make, all you need is water and an ozone generator. Helping to get more oxygen into your brain, may help you to think more clearly.

Ozonated water might also help to get rid of those toxins that are in your body. It’s a great way to cleanse your body of toxins that could have been sitting in there for years. So how do you go about making the ozonated water for this process?

It’s simple fill a normal glass up half ice and half water. You can use any type of water, because when the water is ozonated it might help to get rid of the contaminants that can be floating in your tap water. Place the tubing from the generator into the water and if you’re doing a glass leave it running for up to 10 minutes, pitchers will take up to 25 minutes.

Fast Removal of Acne Scars by Non-Ablative Lasers

Before deciding on any treatments for fast removal of acne scars, make sure your acne has completely gone. If you end up going to all the trouble and expense of undergoing a procedure or even multiple procedures only to find you get more acne and more scarring, you will have gone through the whole procedure for nothing, than have to do it again!

Non-ablative lasers are much kinder to the skin as these lasers produce a controlled injury to certain parts of the skin, the dermis, while completely sparing the epidermis from damage. These laser beams can penetrate into the dermis without injuring the epidermis. The dermal collagen is heated which tightens the dermis resulting in less visible scarring.

This treatment is especially effective for treating boxcar scars, as well as smoothing and tightening scars that have previously been treated. It may not be as effective for deep, depressed craterlike scars.

3 Non-ablative lasers include:-

1) InfraRed Lasers: – This produces an invisible light which is absorbed by melanin, the epidermal skin pigment, making it suitable for all skin types. This laser uses an aggressive skin cooling to limit the effect of heat creating a controlled injury to the dermal collagen, creating tighter skin.

So you have a night mouth guard as well? And let me guess, you went travelling to the next city, the next country, or even the other side of the world … and you forgot to pack the night mouth guard with you?

Then as you were going to bed on your first night in your new town you brushed your teeth and went to get your guard and that’s when, much like Homer Simpson, you said “Doh!”.

You thought you’d be ok though … but as you struggled to get to sleep you found yourself biting on the sheet or the pillow just to get some comfort. And when you woke up in the morning, you felt like you’d had a rough night’s sleep and your mouth just didn’t feel particularly normal.

Hands up who’s had this happen to them? Wow, the whole room it seems!

If I’ve just perfectly described an experience you’ve had then you, like me, know the pain and suffering that bruxism can cause, and how much of a pain it can be when you forget to take your night mouth guard with you.
